Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Social Media Manager to start and grow of all Social Media activities. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the spirits industry and has a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our Social Media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Design and execute engaging Social Media campaigns that align with our brand identity and business goals, focusing on driving brand recognition and sales.
- Create and curate all Social Media content, including capturing high-quality photos and videos, graphic design, and editing, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and aesthetic.
- Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, track performance, and adapt strategies to grow our followers and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team and executives to align Social Media strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest Social Media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
- Manage Social Media marketing budget and investments to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Social Media management, content creation, and brand development.
- Expertise in multiple Social Media platforms, including Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, with a deep understanding of their best practices, design standards, and algorithms.
- Exceptional skills in graphic design, video editing, and content capturing, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that engage and inspire.
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and translate them into high-impact Social Media content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
