IndyVet Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a full- time Administrative Assistant to join our outstanding team!
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing company's general administrative activities.
Job Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling routine and advanced duties for the Hospital Director and Medical Director. This position will ensure all leadership administrative duties as well as some payroll duties are completed.
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Collate and distribute mail.
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping as well as payroll functions.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $54,000 - $75,000/yr. Compensation is based on experience and skill set.
