Fred Beans Ford of Langhorne is currently looking to hire a Part Time Used Car Administrative Assistant!
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing and assisting customers upon arrival.
What You'll Do
- Gas PO’s.
- Arrange dealer trade drivers when asked by managers.
- Process all necessary paperwork for wholesale vehicles.
- Stock in all used vehicle purchases and prepare deal jackets for each vehicle.
- Meet with Used Car Manager regularly to discuss any projects.
- Printing of all necessary window stickers, Monroney, Buyers Guides, etc.
- Uploading necessary documents to Certified pre-owned online system.
