The Role

As a front desk receptionist at our clinic, you will play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greeting patients and facilitating the check-in process.
• Updating and maintaining accurate patient records, including personal, medical, and insurance information.
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to maximize efficiency.
• Verifying insurance coverage and explaining benefits to patients.
• Handling co-payments, billing inquiries, and insurance credentialing processes.
• Ensuring strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinating the transfer of medical records as required for referrals or continued care.
• Supporting medical coding and billing processes to ensure accurate reimbursement.
• Managing front office supplies and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.
• Assisting with emergency response procedures as needed.
• Collecting patient feedback to continuously improve service quality.

What We’re Looking For
