Job Title: Receptionist

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:45am - 5:00pm

Pay: $20/hourly

Duration: 1 week assignment starting 05/31/2024

Location: Mesa, AZ

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests while providing professional and courteous customer service

• Handle approximately 100 calls per day

• Manage inbound and outbound faxes

• Utilize our search management system for various tasks

Ideal Candidate:

• Administrative background/skill set - REQUIRED

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently

• Experience with handling faxes and using search management systems is preferred

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
