SalaryDr Leone-Renne is seeking a team player who is energetic, pays attention to detail, who can take on multiple tasks to join our Front Office team. Strong communication skills are essential.
This is a part-time position. Monday-Thursday & 1 Saturday a month.
- You need to be willing to work in our Larchmont office to cover vacation or sick days

- MK hours: Monday 10-6 Tues 10-5 & Wednesday 7-2.
Approximately 22 hours per week
At least one year of previous dental experience is a must.

- Must maintain a genuinely positive/upbeat attitude throughout the day
- Passion for what you do and the drive to improve
- Attention to detail with the willingness to learn and accept guidance/feedback, as needed
- Computer skills
- A minimum of one year experience in a dental office
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
What your responsibilities will be:
- Acknowledge and greet patients upon arriving and leaving·
- Respond to patient questions and/or concerns and escalate if needed·
- Answering telephones, schedule and confirm appointments and manage front desk voicemail·
- Follow up on no shows and cancellation of appointments·
- Register patients from sign in sheet· Post charges and payments to patient accounts·
- Maintain the waiting area for patients· Perform other tasks as necessary
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 22 per week
