MWI is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our organization, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. You will be responsible for managing the Front Desk area, assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing various clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Requirements:1. Reception and Greeting:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
2. Telephone Management:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Take and relay messages to the relevant staff.
- Provide information to callers and handle general inquiries.
3. Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients, guests, or employees.
- Maintain the office calendar to coordinate appointments and meetings.
4. Clerical Duties:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Billing and insurance experience is a plus.
5. Customer Service:
- Assist clients or customers with their inquiries and needs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
6. Office Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
7. Communication:
- Relay messages and information to staff accurately and promptly.
- Notify employees of visitors or appointments.
8. Security:
- Monitor access to the premises and ensure the security of the office.
- Follow established security and safety procedures.
9. multi-tasking:
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
