Horner Barrow Orthodontics is currently seeking a skilled Front Desk Administrative team member to join our practice in Sioux Falls. Position Overview: The Front Desk/Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and professionally.
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Schedule appointments accurately and maintain appointment records.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Process payments and maintain patient financial records.
• Communicate with Insurance companies.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Previous experience in a medical or dental office preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
