THE JOB
As a Salon Receptionist, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
- Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients
- Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of salon software system
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
THE REQURIED
- Age 21+
- Food Handlers Card
- Alcohol awareness
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
- Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
