Dental Receptionist Experienced

Our Rapidly growing Dental practice in Bartlett and Algonquin in searching for mature strong individual with at least 5 yrs of dental experience. Individual must be motivated to learn and grow and be able to work in a fast pace environment.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist Dentist as needed
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service

• Well-organized and reliable
• High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred
• Additional certification in coronal polishing is an asset.
