The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent for our national retail/wholesale warehouse stores.
HOURLY RATE: $22.00

Responsibilities:
- Assist in develop recruitment goals and objectives
- Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on goals and organizational need
- Search resume databases for ideal candidates
- Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers
- Devise and implement improved recruiting strategies
- Coordinate national Zoom Hiring Events.
- Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position.
- Interview and schedule candidates for retail and warehouse operations
- Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
- Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
- Prepare progress reports on a monthly basis
Qualifications include:
- College Degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience working in a professional corporate setting; in either Talent Acquisition, human resources, Sales/marketing , Customer Service or related experience
- Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures a+
- Experience with a high volume of interview scheduling or similar coordinating exp..
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems a+.
- Proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PP, Visio)
- Must be highly organized and have a go getter personality.
