Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Temp (6 Months +)

About:
We are looking to hire a TA Coordinator to join one of the coolest companies in SoCal! This is a temporary position (until EOY) with a hybrid schedule (San Diego, CA). Potential candidates must be comfortable with those requirements. We are looking for candidates that great experience with: scheduling, following up on background checks (we use HireRight) and reporting (in Excel). Other details of the position are below!
You get to:

• Schedule interviews for all business units, coordinating custom requests and candidate travel in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
• Coordinate aspects of onboarding – manage background checks through a third-party prescreening vendor and perform professional reference checks.
• Key member of Talent Acquisition programs such as employee referral program and college internship program
• Adjust quickly to changing priorities based on candidate/business needs, exercising judgment on when to make ‘the call' vs. when to escalate
• Anticipate logistical hurdles and proactively tackle them while maintaining a high level of communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams
• Participate and support special Human Capital/Recruiting projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you need:

• Two years' experience of administrative support work in a professional environment
• Ability to prioritize, balance, and execute tasks on multiple projects/programs, while exercising critical thinking in time-sensitive or confidential scenarios
• Skill in recognizing inefficiencies in daily operations, making recommendations and updating/educating team and managers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Workday is preferred
• Desire to develop professionally and succeed in a team environment

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT
Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington
