Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and refinement of job posting and publish on various boards.
- Respond to prospective client emails for information and distribute leads to the Talent Team.
- Develop engaging and informative blog content to highlight company culture, industry trends, and recruitment insights, contributing to a compelling online presence.
- Execute social media strategies to expand our reach and increase followership, fostering a vibrant online community.
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Oversee various campaigns for effectiveness and serve as team point-of-contact.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO.
- Report preparation as needed
- Assist with the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Preferred)
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination, or executive administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. (Preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Schedule and Location:
- Hourly position at $20 - $27hr DOE
- Position is annual bonus eligible
- Flexible Part-time Remote position at 20 – 25 hours per week
- Standard Monday to Friday work schedule.
