Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating various activities and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and candidates to facilitate the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Job Posting and Sourcing:
Create and post job openings on various platforms
Assist in sourcing candidates through online channels and social media
Candidate Coordination:
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual interviews
Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and updates throughout the hiring process
Ensure a positive candidate experience by responding to inquiries and providing timely feedback
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process
Onboarding Support:
Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating paperwork, orientation schedules, and new hire setups during the specified times
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
Required to work 6-8 hours per day in-person during onboarding week
Collaboration with Hiring Team:
Work closely with the Director of Human Resources
Provide support in the evaluation of candidates and participate in debrief sessions.
Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of proven experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably in HR or recruitment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software (Indeed, LinkedIn, BambooHR, and other relevant CRM software)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
