We have an exciting new opportunity at Grunt Style as the Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist. This role will support full life cycle recruiting as well as candidate onboarding and assimilation. In addition, this is a unique opportunity to have an impact in employee engagement and culture initiatives as part of the HR team.
Job Summary
As the subject matter expert, you consult and partner with leadership to ensure a compliant and impactful hiring process, provide an exceptional candidate experience, and follow best practices for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring. You will also help to foster relationships with vendors, assist in the facilitation of internal training, manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and work on various projects and initiatives in support of the HR function and employee engagement. Excellent communication, partnership, and demonstrated ability to positively and proactively impact employer brand and culture.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class candidate experience while providing best practices to hiring managers to create a consistent experience throughout the organization.
- Drive the onboarding program while bringing best practices to continued improvement of employee assimilation.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide a proactive hiring solution that includes market data with compensation analysis, hiring trends and strategy to attract the right candidates.
- Continuous networking with current and potential recruiting vendors and creating sustainable effective community relationships.
- Write and amend job descriptions to accurately explain the functions and qualifications for roles.
- Manage the application tracking system and external job boards. `
- Support other talent related initiatives and projects and employee engagement programs.
- Partner with leadership and department leaders to support plans and ideas for employee morale events and programs.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance the employer brand and Employee Experience.
- Manage employee surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative data on engagement and assess employee morale with continuous pulse on employee sentiment and satisfaction.
- Companywide communication of upcoming events, opportunities, and updates.
Competencies
- 7+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
- Employee engagement and culture-driven focus highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and to react to shifting priorities to satisfy employee and business needs
- Process, policy, and detail oriented; strong analytical and organizational skills are a must
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and external job boards (Paylocity, Indeed and LinkedIn)
- Demonstrated experience at creating job postings that attract our target candidates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully work as an individual and as part of a team
- Advanced speaking skills; must communicate information clearly and facilitate learning to diverse audiences
- Proactive, motivated contributor with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to proactively contribute in other areas of HR and employee engagement
- Prior vendor and community partnership experience strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 15%

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- At least five years of related experience is highly preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Must be able to work extended hours as needed, to include weekends and holidays.

Occasional travel may be required for this position.
