Required Experience:
5+ years of related experience in recruitment communications/ marketing/ advertising.
External and/or internal communications experience in the Financial Services industry.
Web publishing, graphic development or online platform and technology experience.
External labor market and best practice knowledge.
Desired:
Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences.
Understanding of the digital and online space, and how it impacts the jobseeker's recruitment experience.
Previous experience in supporting Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Communications and/or branding programs.
Experience writing social media copy and the nuances around LinkedIn Talent Media.
The ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teammates at varying levels.

Writing samples are not required but will be very helpful
Will be using - MS Office, Workday, Robohead
Experience with any tool is fine but not required
Supports communications team for content that will be used for Talent Acquisition marketing purpose
Any agency experience would be fine, will consider someone from staffing as well for the right candidate
Industry experience is a plus, not required
Someone who has done communications/marketing/advertising for recruitment or Someone with recruitment experience who has wrote job descriptions from scratch will be fine
