As a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for working with Bell Partners business leaders to develop and execute effective Talent Acquisition and retention strategies that enable the achievement of our staffing business goals. The position oversees sourcing and interviewing candidates and other vital parts of the Talent Acquisition process. This role will be specifically involved in supporting corporate positions, and assisting with site roles as needed.

Hybrid work schedule: 3 days a week in Greensboro office

What you’ll do to make a difference:

  • Responsible for the full recruiting cycle for key Corporate professional and management positions.
  • Recommend candidates after vetting to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews between candidates and internal resources.
  • Meets established key benchmarks for measuring the effectiveness of recruiting activity and results and completes and reviews recruiting reports and updates with key business leaders.
  • Actively develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needs.
  • Identify, develop, and manage social media sites to recruit talent across the business.
  • Partner with marketing in developing recruiting material.

What you bring to our team:

  • Good understanding of key metrics and delivery.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills are required.
  • Must be flexible, energetic and self-motivated, quick-thinking, and juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization.
  • Must be comfortable working as part of a team and independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality in all matters and have the willingness and ambition to learn and take on various responsibilities.
  • Must have a desire to provide excellent support.
  • Must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Applicant Tracking Software. Experience with Workday Recruiting Module preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline preferred.
