Position

· HR manager above / Office

· FT Position: 40hrs per week / On-site M-F 8:25am – 5:10pm (Lunch 12:30pm-1:15pm) / Greensboro, NC.

· Salary Range: Salary range provided is negotiable and will be based on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including employee complaints, work performance and other related issues.
• Follow up legal compliance related FLMA, FLSA, PDA, EPA, ADA, NLRA.
• Responsible for all human resource programs and initiatives.
• Develop and communicate various human resource policies, procedures, and organizational changes within the company.
• Provide expertise in all areas of human resources, including but not limited to, benefits, workers compensation, compliance, and performance management.
• Provide expert direction on all personnel matters compliant with federal and state labor laws.
• Introduce and lead initiatives that will enhance overall performance and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience in Human Resource management.
• HR Certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in a large manufacturing environment a plus.
• FLMA, FLSA, PDA, EPA, ADA, NLRA experience is plus.
• JD (Doctor of Law) or LLM (Master of Laws) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead at all levels.
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver in short time frames.
