This includes conducting job analyses, developing examinations, interview questions, scoring criteria, and reviewing, analyzing, and making determinations on a variety of exam requests. The SSA interprets and explains civil service law, rules, and procedures and makes recommendations to management to ensure sound personnel management practices.
