Under the general direction of OneAdmin Planning & Operations Manager (Staff Services Manager I), this position offers a unique opportunity to be a member of our AskAdmin team. In this role, you will support the organization by providing responses to general questions related to a variety of Administration / Human Resources (HR) related topics. The goal of AskAdmin is to ensure that our clients receive timely and accurate information in order to make sound decisions.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
- Respond timely and accurately to client inquiries and process requests, meeting established service level agreements
- Research client issues and resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching answers; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
- Write and maintain articles, internal reference documents, and email correspondence on various Administration / Human Resources related topics
- Participate in various Admin projects to meet program goals
- Lead presentations to new State Fund employees
- Provide input on ways to increase efficiencies and effectively meet our client needs
- Provide quality and conscientious client service
- Communicate professionally and effectively
- Manage competing demands and succeed in a time-sensitive environment
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate a desire to succeed in a flexible, ever-changing environment
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all work and information, based on company policies and procedures
- Regular and predictable attendance
The OneAdmin Planning & Operations Professional will be based in either Vacaville or Sacramento.
New to state candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of the alternate salary range when applicable. Placement to alternate salary range may be based on education or experience identified in your state application.

Working Conditions
Telework may be available and is subject to change based on State Fund guidelines and business needs. Candidates must reside in California to be eligible for this appointment.
