Job Description: Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I/Team Manager in the Vocational Rehabilitation Employment Division, the Staff Services Analyst (functional job title of Work Incentives Planner) performs a variety of analytical duties related to benefits and work incentives planning for Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) consumers who receive Supplemental Security Income and/or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSI/SSDI) benefits. The Work Incentives Planner (WIP) will assist DOR consumers who are SSI/SSDI beneficiaries make informed choices regarding impact of employment on public benefits including cash and health benefits, available work incentives, and reporting of wages and work incentives usage.

Department Information
DOR administers the largest vocational rehabilitation program in the country. We have a three-pronged mission to provide services and advocacy that assist people with disabilities to live independently, become employed and have equality in the communities in which they live and work. DOR provides consultation, counseling, and vocational rehabilitation, and works with community partners to assist the consumers we serve.
