Accounts Payable (Ap) Specialist

As an AP Specialist, you will work in an office-based setting within our Accountant department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm; 30 minute unpaid lunch
Responsibilities:
* Process AP invoices
* Match POs to invoices
* Process POs in workflow and upload to Traverse and DocUnity
* Update CTF spreadsheets
* Post cash receipts ad disbursements weekly and/or monthly
* Receive and post rent payments from Housing (primarily at month end)
* Deposit monthly DDD and regular Escrow checks
* Deposit and post Trento rents from consumers
* Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years bookkeeping experience;
* Candidate must be detail-oriented; excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
* Valid Driver's License required.
