We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with strong mathematical, calculator, and computer skills. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and the ability to multi-task.

- Three Years of Relevant Accounts Payable Experience
Process Account Payable transactions in an accounting office for a franchisor.
- Code and Enter Vendor Invoices into the Accounts Payable System
- Prepare and Mail Vendor Payments
- Maintain Vendor Files for Paid and Unpaid Bills
- Assign and Maintain Vendor Numbers
- Review Invoices and Credit Card Charges for Use Tax
- Reconcile Corporate Credit Card Billings to Certify Expense Reports
- Monitor Compliance with Corporate T & E Policy
- Perform Month End Process for Accounts Payable
- 1099 Reporting
- Assist with Accounts Receivable Processing as Needed
- Other tasks as required
