Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the admin and financial relationships with our clients. This is a key role that requires strong accounts receivable skills, being proactive about upcoming payment issues, checking on payments due, setting up client payment agreements.

Must have a professional background (for Zoom) and a working computer.
Team member is paid as a Contractor.
Duties:

1. **Invoicing**: Generate and send out invoices to customers based on services rendered or products sold.
2. **Receipts and Payments**: Record payments received from customers accurately and promptly in the accounting system.
3. **Customer Relations**: Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances courteously and professionally.
4. **Collections**: Follow up on overdue accounts by contacting customers via phone, email, or mail to facilitate payment.
5. **Account Reconciliation**: Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
6. **Aging Reports**: Generate and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
7. **Credit Checks**: Conduct credit checks on new customers to assess creditworthiness and establish credit limits.
8. **Posting Transactions**: Post and allocate payments accurately to customer accounts, ensuring proper classification and coding.

Hours are flexible - ideal is 2 or 3 hours of work, 3-4 days a week *during business hours
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
