Job Purpose and Impact
The Shipping Clerk (2nd Shift) will provide support to the distribution team, work directly with sales and onsite team to verify orders and ensure accuracy and varied-to-routine administrative and clerical support to the distribution staff. In this role, you will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions Key Accountabilities
Perform routine administrative work within established procedures.
Schedule and coordinate pickup times with customers.
Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data, performing moderately data entry into one or more systems.
Enter routine data into standard forms and templates and archive paper and electronic documents.
Receive and relay messages and respond to varied to routine administrative requests.
Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.
Self-driven and able to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual English and Spanish.
Customer service or distribution software experience.
Experience working with inventory system.
Microsoft office experience (outlook, excel and Word).
Proven SAP experience and IPFS.
