Bazzini LLC is a medium sized confectionery and nut processing manufacturer with main offices and production located in the Lehigh Valley area of Eastern Pennsylvania. We are a dynamic, progressive company producing brands such as Bazzini, House of Bazzini, Bartons, Barricini, Chateau, as well as manufacturing private label products for the US and Canadian market. Job Summary:

The Shipping/Warehouse Clerk acts as liaison between warehouse personnel and the Logistics/Warehouse Manager. The Shipping Clerk must be familiar with distribution and warehouse procedures and know inventory control and safety protocol.

Primary Duties:

· Assist the supervisor with the coordination of calling in LTL carriers.

· Checking in drivers and verifying pick up / purchase order numbers.

· Create bill of ladings for outbound shipments.

· Answer the phone and communicate transfer requests from the main office.

· Enter inventory data correctly into the Bazzini business system, Microsoft Dynamics GP.

· Processes inventory system adjustments.

· Run reports in GP and Excel to check accuracy of information.

· Analyze data provided, calculate proper quantities for different units of measure.

· Use inventory system to record, track and maintain all inventory data.

· Compiles and maintains records of inventory movements.

· Be flexible with hours worked and willing to work overtime as needed.

· Participates in cGMP 21CFR117 internal audits when requested.

Job Qualifications:

The candidate must have the following minimum experience and background to successfully succeed in this position.

· High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Must be familiar with distribution and warehouse procedures.

· Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer typing skills.

Job Type: Full-time
