Summary Statement
The Shipping/Receiving Clerk’s primary functions are to perform all job functions pertaining to the shipment, receipt and maintenance of inventory in the Shipping and Storeroom areas, as well as providing any necessary support for the Department Supervisor.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- · Material receipts
- · Maintain inventory accuracy
- · Retrieve and process material for Production Orders
- · Maintain inventory locations with assistance from Department Supervisor
- · Process and pack sales orders, repairs, return to vendor (RTV), and label shipments
- · Manifest all shipments
- · Process incoming customer repairs
- · Process incoming customer credits
- · Inventory/Cycle Counts
- · Verify transactions
- · Maintain a first-in, first-out inventory philosophy
- · Follow all company guidelines and safety regulations.
- · Maintain an orderly and efficient work area
- · Operate any handling equipment to perform job functions such as transporting or hoisting material including, but not limited to, hand truck, pallet jack and overhead crane
- · Operate tools needed for packaging including, but not limited to, crimping tool, powered drill
Minimum Skill Sets and Competencies
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Perform basic computer functions necessary to execute job requirements
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a semi-regular basis
· Strong attention to detail
· Able to accurately follow directions
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK, 40 HOURS

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
