Our client a globally recognized digital commerce company are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join their fast-paced and dynamic team. This role will be split between their Dallas, TX and Fort Worth, TX offices. Fully in office M-F.
The Role
As the Senior Executive Assistant, you would be supporting their CFO and the broader Shared Service team, this role will be 80% based at their Dallas, TX office, 20% at Fort Worth, TX. You would be the main point of contact for the CFO and acting as liaison for the leadership team members.
Responsibilities Include
- Management of CFOs workflow – knowing of priorities
- Calendar management
- Meeting management
- Light administrative support to Shared Services team
- Travel arrangements – including itineraries/agendas, lodging accommodations
- Email monitoring
- Expense reports
- Coordination for monthly business meetings
The Candidate
This role would be ideal for someone who has 6+ years of experience supporting a CEO, CFO, or other senior level executive. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of discretion, excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS office. You will be able to prioritize and plan accordingly, along with being able to collaborate well with others and work as a team when needed. You must also be comfortable with being available afterhours as needed, and able to travel 25% of the time
