Job Description
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and the details provided.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Provide follow up for customers.
- Provide installation support.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other Customer support role.
- Working knowledge of office automation products and databases.
- Must provide excellent Customer Service.
- Must have the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- IT Certification or Associates Degree in IT, Computer Information Systems, Network Admin. or Computer Science PREFERRED.
- 2+ years of working IT experience PREFERRED.
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
EXPERIENCE:
