Required Skills/Experience:
- Resetting and managing user passwords in accordance with security protocols.
- Assisting users with password-related issues and providing guidance on password best practices.
- Installing and configuring printers for network and local use.
- Diagnosing and resolving printing issues to ensure seamless functionality.
- Providing remote assistance to end-users for IT-related issues.
- Performing on-site troubleshooting and problem resolution when necessary.
- Identifying and resolving basic hardware and software problems.
- Escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of user requests, solutions provided, and system changes.
- Updating knowledge base articles for common issues to facilitate faster problem resolution.
- Conducting basic training sessions for end-users on IT best practices.
- Offering guidance on utilizing IT resources efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations.
- Familiarity with common IT tools for remote support.
