Job Summary
You will speak with top-level decision-makers and cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with companies from 5 - 19 employees, in all 50 states, across multiple industries. - 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS / Subscription Businesses
- Technologically savvy, with experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace experience
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound/warm prospecting calls to prospective clients with a minimum 30 calls per day.
- Conduct B2B overview sales calls with prospective clients.
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the Bambee product.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' pain points and align our offerings to address their specific needs.
- These are transactional sales with a two-week sales cycle. This type of sales experience is preferred.
- Work closely with the sales leadership and cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing to align efforts and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Performs product demonstrations with potential clients of the Bambee platform
- Utilizes the company’s Customer Relationship Management software to manage all leads, opportunities, and scheduled events.
- Work with sales leadership to develop strategies to maximize new business to hit monthly recurring revenue targets
Base Pay: $80,000/yr
Variable: $80,000/yr
OTE: $160,000+
