You will also be tasked with creating purchase orders to procure the necessary products and materials needed for each project, ensuring that everything is delivered to the job site in a timely manner. Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with file management, including organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic files.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion by collaborating with team members.
- Enter data accurately into our systems, and assist with order management.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and excellent follow up skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
