Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our tenants, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Duties and responsibilities include scheduling showings, light bookkeeping, rent collection, assisting with tenant questions, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and Assisting with Phone Calls
- Light Bookkeeping
- Updating Property Management Software
- Placing Online Ads for Listings
- Drafting Notices
- Rent Collection
- Tenant Screening
- Scheduling Maintenance

- Excellent Customer Service

- Computer Proficient on a Mac
