Chef Andrea Calstier is looking for passionate Chef de Partie for his Fine-dining and Bistrot restaurants. You will be part of a dynamic kitchen brigade.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience in this role
• Understanding of proper Westchester County health department sanitation standards
• Positive attitude in the workplace, with a willingness to follow directions
• Ability to work and keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
• Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day
