What do we require of you?
- At least 1-2 years of medical office experience, preferably in home health and/or hospice
- Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred
- Demonstrate cooperation and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to multi-task and stay on task in a fast-paced office
- Excellent team-oriented, verbal, and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, onsite
- Ensures optimum staffing and scheduling solutions by maintaining staff demographics, skill sets, availability, and productivity levels
- Interface with contract, clinical, and office staff with a focus on collaboration and positive working relationships
- Serves as the primary responder to all inbound calls and inquiries
- Provides excellent customer service to patients, referral sources, and community contacts
- Maintain proper daily work flow and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Assist intake and serve as an administrative support for all office, clinical, and marketing staff
- Communicates effectively and professionally regarding coordination of care expectations
- Educates and enforces deadlines, schedule updates, and workflow requirements
- Supports office work flow through cross training in medical records, intake, and other administrative tasks

Wage $22-24 an hour DOE.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
