Scheduling Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our scheduling system. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage customer appointments, ensuring that all scheduling needs are met and that customers receive the highest level of attention. Duties:

- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments using our electronic scheduling system

- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions

- Collaborate with our office to ensure proper allocation of resources and efficient appointment scheduling

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

- Provide administrative support to office staff, including managing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling customer requests

- Assist with other office activities such as sending invoices, uploading documents, collecting payments,

- Utilize roofing terminology and knowledge of roofing receptionist procedures to effectively communicate with customers.

- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in medical administrative support is a plus

- Proven experience working as a Scheduling Coordinator or in a similar role

- Proficiency in using electronic scheduling systems

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
