We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent customer service. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the main point of contact for clients and employees regarding scheduling matters.
Responsibilities may include but may not be limited to:
Coordinate and manage schedules for maintenance staff
Monitor and update schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Produce and maintain work orders
Record and organize work orders and property maintenance records
Communicate efficiently with maintenance staff, other employees, residents and vendors
Acquire vendor quotes and schedule work as needed
Maintain material inventory
Compare pricing and create supply orders
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Assist with general office management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proficient in office management software such as QuickBooks & Google Suites
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to work as part a team
- Experience Required
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
