We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling of patient appointments, coordinating with other departments to ensure that all deadlines are met, and providing administrative support to the team. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for patients and ensuring they are scheduled for the right amount of time based on the provider they are seeing.
- Maintain a database of customer information and appointment records.
- Provide customer service to patients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all scheduled events and appointments.
- Manage the calendar for staff members and ensure that all deadlines are met.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
