This job is full time, Monday-Thursday. Compensation is based on experience.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an organized, friendly, warm, and motivated individual who can operate our front desk! We want our Front Desk Receptionist to be warm and courteous to all of guests and patients who walk through our door! Every single day we get the chance to change people’s lives and we want you to be a part of that with us! Other responsibilities are:

• Answering all incoming calls efficiently.
• Manage patient’s appointments and schedule accordingly.
• Collect payments for patients toward treatments.
• Complete other duties assigned by Dr. Gray or office management.

We would love for our Front Desk Receptionist to have experience with daily office operations, especially in Orthodontics, but it’s not a deal-breaker for us! Solid computer skills are preferred! Multi-tasking is a MUST in our fast-paced office. Like we said earlier, we are more than just a group of employees, we are family, so we want everyone to establish and maintain a great working relationship with each other.
