Cabinet Scheduling Coordinator
Encore Design Services is a growing cabinet company in the phoenix metro area. We specialize in the installation of Cabinets, Flooring, and Countertops for new single family homes. We have an immediate full-time opening for a cabinet Scheduling Coordinator who is looking to build a long term relationship and career. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated and energetic individual who is skilled Microsoft office and web interface. The qualified candidate shall be responsible for scheduling work orders to employee and 3rd party installers, approving contractor payments, and coordinating with team members. Job Requirements and Duties:
· Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Construction knowledge/experience
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Must be able to handle multiple projects proficiently
· Must be able to prioritize, work quickly, accurately and produce design projects within deadlines
· Work with customers, contractors, and peers to manage open projects
· Contribute to company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
