Client Services Coordinator & Scheduler
48K per year plus staffing bonus!
Potential to earn over $55K per year with a client retention staffing bonus and on-call bonus.
Maricopa County based in-home care agency. Seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to oversee scheduling, in field caregiver development and to ensure highest quality care and supports are being provided to our home and community-based aging in place clients.
This role is a hybrid position which includes in office scheduling and out in the field supervision of caregivers and client engagement. Reports directly to the Executive Directors.
Our revenue streams include: VA non-skilled services, Private Long-Term Care Services and Private Pay Concierge In-Home Care Services.
Position will be based out of our East Valley office.
Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedule caregivers
Ensure accuracy of scheduling operational system database information for contracts, clients and caregivers
Manage authorizations for VA clients and other contracts
Manage required care notes for Private Long-Term Care clients
Build rapport with care professional staff (caregivers) and clients
Work with caregivers in the field to help develop their skills
Relationship building with referral sources
Triage calls from prospects, caregivers and clients
Collaborate with leadership team to accommodate client staffing needs and be a part of business growth
Large requirement for this role is on-call duties and responsibilities
Job Requirements:
5-10 years staffing/scheduling experience in home care and/or home health
Proven on-call experience
Case Management or Social Services experience a plus!
Direct care experience required
Highly skilled in problem solving
Solution oriented and self-starter
Excellent organization skills
Caring, compassionate and a good listener
