Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at SunSplash Solar. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling of solar pool heating installations and maintenance services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Coordination:

• Efficiently schedule solar pool heating installations and maintenance services based on customer preferences, technician availability, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Customer Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear and concise information regarding scheduled appointments, project timelines, and any necessary preparations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Database Management:

• Maintain and update the scheduling database with accurate and current information on customer appointments, technician schedules, and project status.
• Generate reports as needed for management review.

Collaboration with Teams:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand upcoming installations and coordinate scheduling accordingly.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure all necessary resources and equipment are available for scheduled appointments.

Problem Resolution:

• Identify and address scheduling conflicts or challenges promptly, finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using scheduling software and databases.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
