• Meet monthly sales goals, including applications submitted and conversation rates.
• Field inbound and outbound calls from prospective members looking to enroll in a Health Insurance.
• Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone.
• Stick to a consistent work schedule.
• Participates in continuing professional development as required by state licensing requirements and Agency procedures.
• Follows company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.
• Other duties as required.

• Minimum of 1 year of contact center call center experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Must hold appropriate and valid insurance licenses. (2-15/2-40).
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing others through active coaching, providing actionable feedback, and demonstrating hands-on leadership.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goals.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Agency Management Systems, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
