We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in phone systems, calendar management, and project coordination. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
Duties:
- Assisting Leadership: Work in tandem with Digital Marketing Representative, Director of Sales and Marketing, and other team members to effectively complete delegated tasks.
- Compliance Adherence: Diligently follow company policies, including adherence to state regulations, security protocols, dress code, work schedules, and HR policies related to confidentiality and nondisclosure.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor both in the workplace and while conducting remote field work.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Adhere to specific SOPs set by the management team to ensure uniformity and quality in our marketing efforts.
- Reporting Structure: Report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Account Manager in your region while working remotely in the field.
- Effective Communication: Convey our brand’s message, promotions, and campaigns to the public with clarity and impact, ensuring a strong and consistent message delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Manager in the assigned region to synchronize marketing and sales strategies.
- Digital Marketing Support: Engage with social media platforms to boost brand engagement, assist in maintaining HubSpot, and participate in various online marketing initiatives.
Data Management: Play a key role in organizing and ensuring the accuracy of data across sales and marketing platforms and programs.
- Asset Management: Help manage and update product pictures and assets for marketing materials.
- Incentive Program Support: Support the implementation of incentive programs to motivate and reward the stores and budtenders who help sell our products.
