JOB DESCRIPTION
Risk Managements Insurance Global Claims team oversees the companys employee, real estate, residential 3rdparty and construction insurance relatedclaims and partners with the procurement and risk data teams. We also work closely with our insurance brokers; third party administrators and key internal stakeholders strategically oversee the handling of the claims. As Greystar's Claims Management Team, we navigate insurance complexities for swift, fair investigations for resolutions across our property portfolio. Tasks and Projects
- Respond to general Risk Management inquiries from the business teams.
- Assist with updating and implementing development and construction insurance claims
- Manage and coordinate claims data integration in the Origami Risk Managment system
- Assist with documenting and tracking incoming insurance claims
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
