The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Collision Customer Service Representative to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Internal Collision Center Rental Vehicle Program.
- New Rental vehicle preparation
- Rental maintenance and safety inspections
- Customer communication and expectations
- Rental coordination and hand off
- Returned vehicle inspection
- Billing coordination with customer and insurance
- Adherence to policy and procedures of rental program
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
- Must be willing to train others
- Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments
- Microsoft Office experience, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions
- Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair, preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Compensation and Benefits
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$17.48 - $45.60/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
