The position provides excellent Customer Service while handling requests for service & dispatching technicians to service, repair, install, and maintenance calls.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering phones and taking service calls, requests for estimates and warranty calls.
- Booking service and or estimate appointments using Service Titans Software
- Assist Customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email or text
- Call out to Customer Base and set up Maintenance appointments as needed.
- Maintain Customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate new jobs and permit processing and follow up as needed.
- Help Maintain maintenance agreements and add new agreement contracts to customers accounts as needed
- Outbound calls to existing customers for maintenance
- Rebate and payment processing
- Filling and Data entry
Qualifications:
- 2 years Customer Service experience within a service or maintenance company (HVAC, Plumbing or Automation)
- HVAC/facilities operations experience is a plus.
- Service Titans software is a Plus
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to multi task and think outside the box
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Self starter and organizational skills
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.45 - $22.83 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
