Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with information about products and services
- Assist customers look up parts in product catalogs and place orders
- Verify customer account information to ensure order accuracy
- Respond to customer's questions, help process returns, track packages, etc.
Qualifications:
- Confident and professional phone demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication, conversation, and active listening skills
- Customer service mindset with a positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer software and office systems
- Excellent Customer Service skills
Training:
- All candidates will receive a comprehensive, paid seven-day paid training program in a comfortable and professional environment so they will be fully prepared to provide our customers with excellent service

Pay
- $45,000 - $47,000 annually
- Pay based upon job skills and work experience
- Annual wages are based on a combination of hourly and overtime wages

- Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
