Job Description:
Primary responsibility of this position will be processing incoming orders and invoicing shipments on a daily basis, as well as answering customer emails and phone calls. We are looking for someone reliable, dependable and looking to be part of a team.
Job Details:
- Process and respond to all customer orders via email.
- Invoicing
- Communicate with our warehouse, production department and customers regarding out-of-stock items
- Process and prepare Export documents
- Process reports for customers as requested
- Assist other departments with admin needs as needed
Skills:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
- Pays close attention to detail
- Basic computer skills with Excel, Word, Outlook and company software applications; NetSuite experience desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
My team also covers the front receptionist desk during breaks, lunches and when on vacation.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) (Firm)
Experience: 2 years +
Export Experience preferable – (willing to train)

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
