Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional Customer Service for company customers
- Answer incoming calls and promptly respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, as well as route calls to appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with company team members regarding orders including shipping information, back order information, or product return status
- Handle and resolve customer order issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Assists customers and management with order placement and preparation, logistic arrangement
- Responds to customers’ inquiry call/email to ensure customer satisfaction
- Works with customers to issue RMAs and provide shipping authorization, as well as follow up with customers on outstanding product returns
- Reconciles product returns against expected delivery
- Responsible for shipment reception, product return organization, and communication of inbound deliveries
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding invoicing or pricing inquiries
- Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems, assists with scanning, logging and filing of company paperwork
- Types, formats, and produces documents such as letter, presentations, and reports per management’s request
- Provides administrative support associated with business operations including but not limited to scanning, filing, logging and organizing department documents
- Additional support as required by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology or orthopedics is a plus
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
This position will help to provide visibility and follow up to company shipping activities. This position will closely track and monitor surgery dates and follow up with customers to get loaner products returned after the surgery has been completed. Time management, organization and strong customer communication phone and writing skills are required. This position requires strong organization and follow up skills including time management and flexibility with management direction and flexibility shifting daily priorities for a growing up and coming company.
